As The Hub has grown, our model has evolved to meet the needs of our customers. We have done a bit of thinking about the Memberships and how we handle them. Here is what you need to know:
Our only subscription available is the FREE email list subscription. We will ask all new customers to sign up for that because that is how we collect information like allergies, emergency contacts, learning differences, etc.
Effective immediately, the membership fee previously charged will be transitioned into a registration fee billed on invoices for year-long classes.
What does this mean for you?
No more auto-draft!!
Member-pricing will no longer exist, but no worries! We will still offer early registration opportunities and discounts for those of you who attend year-long classes.
No need to remember when you signed up and when your auto-draft will pull. It will be a one-time charge each school year when you sign up for classes.
If your membership previously renewed/drafted between 9/1/25 and today (2/19/26), we will prorate your registration fee upon sign up for 2026-2027 Academics. THIS DOES NOT APPLY if you were a new customer signing up for classes in this window. This is only for renewals who were promised 12 calendar months of membership.
If you are a new customer from 9/1/25 to 2/19/26, your "membership fee" was already treated as a registration fee and it was likely already billed into your class invoice.
Thank you for your continued support. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out! -Jenni
