Welcome to our team, Ms. Feliciana!

Every now and then, a teacher "stumbles" into our world and its a blessing we didn't even know we needed! That is most definitely what happened with Ms. Feliciana. If you've had a conversation with me (Jenni), then you know my ideas and vision for The Hub run far and wide. Big Big Dreams, here. So when I explain what we're doing to new folks- I get one of three reactions

1- This isn't for them, and they bow out.

2- They're unsure but they put their toe in and hope for the best.

3- We are 100% their brand of crazy and they jump in!!

Ms. Feliciana is #3. She understands our vision and some of our new programming goals, and she is taking the reins on them.

She will be stepping in to help with Monday Unit Study Pods working with Kindergarten through 3rd grade ages. She will also be bringing fresh classes on Wednesdays including:

• Cursive Quest

• Sensory Play

• Unplugged

Each of those classes will be fun and engaging while pushing our students to grow in unconventional ways.

In addition, she will be taking a program that's been in the works for over a year and bringing it to life. If you have followed our social media pages (Facebook and instagram), you've seen me take interest surveys in a class designed for students who approach learning differently. This might be for students on the spectrum, with social anxieties, or other learning differences. Since this is likely to be a big undertaking, we are going to wait and launch this program in mid-fall.
